Frequently Asked Questions

Does the gift card expire?
No. Our gift cards have no expiry date. The recipient can use them whenever they visit Santa Teresa — whether that's in a week, a month, or next year.
How does the recipient use it?
The recipient receives an email with their unique gift code (format: GIFT-XXXX-XXXX). When booking, they simply provide the code and we apply the credit to their appointment.
Can I send the gift card to myself?
Absolutely. You can use your own email as the recipient — a great way to pre-pay for your next visit to Santa Teresa or as a treat for yourself.
What if the service costs more than the card value?
The gift card value is applied as a credit. If the service exceeds the card value, the difference is paid at the spa. Multiple cards can also be combined.
Need a different amount?
We offer $100, $200, and $300 as standard tiers. For a custom amount, simply email us at salonauroracr@gmail.com and we'll arrange it.
